AVOCADO MEDLEY

Ingredients:

● 2 hard boiled eggs (chopped).

● 1 medium tomato (chopped).

● 1 ripe avocado (chopped).

● 1 tsp fresh lemon juice.

● 3 slices cooked bacon (chopped).

● Pinch of salt and black pepper.

Instructions:

● Mix the avocado, tomato and boiled eggs together with the salt, black pepper and

lemon juice. Mix enough to slightly mash some of the avocado and eggs.

● Sprinkle the chopped bacon over the top.
