● 5.2 oz fresh raspberries.
● 1 cup coconut milk.
● ½ cup chia seeds.
● ½ cup almond milk (unsweetened).
● 3 tsp vanilla extract (unsweetened).
● Pour the raspberries, almond milk and coconut milk into a blender. (save a few
raspberries for final topping).
● When fully blended, stir in the chia seeds and vanilla extract.
● Leave overnight in the refrigerator.
● Spoon into a dish. Place extra raspberries on top.
